Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Texas Panhandle Centers. As an Associate Psychologist I, you will play a critical role in providing CBT counseling services to children and adolescents.

Estimated Salary: $57,033.60 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Staff will maintain professional communications using respectful language.
  • Serves as a Clinician for Child and Adolescent Program, providing counseling services in compliance with HHSC requirements.
  • Responsibilities include intake assessments, crisis intervention, and case management services.
  • Services may be provided in various settings, including homes, schools, communities, and offices, with flexible hours.
  • Traveling in regional areas is required.
  • Must complete a CBT training as required by HHSC.
  • Adheres to TPC's Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical standards are compromised.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, or a related field.
  • Qualify as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) and hold an active license in good standing in Texas.
  • Active licenses as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist are also required.
  • A valid Texas driver's license and agency insurability are mandatory.
  • Candidates must be 18 years or older.
