Job Responsibilities:
- Hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Be a licensed Professional Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering.
- Demonstrate expertise in industrial structural engineering.
- Proficient in STAAD, AutoCAD, and Revit software.
- Have experience with steel, concrete, and masonry structures.
- Work on a range of industrial projects, from heavy to light.
- Conduct rotating and vibration analysis.
- Possess advanced knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and legal standards.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, design criteria, estimates, designs, and drawings.
- Perform calculations related to pressures, loads, and stresses.
- Provide technical guidance on safe design and construction practices.
- Obtain necessary planning and building regulations approvals.
- Collaborate with clients and professional teams, including architects and engineers.
- Monitor and inspect contractor work to ensure structural integrity.
- Administer small sub-contracts and oversee structural projects.
- Assess geotechnical properties to determine conditions and foundations.
- Utilize computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes.
