Position Overview:
We are actively seeking multiple Sales Engineers/Territory Sales Representatives to join our team. This role will focus on the sales of our Force Measurement product line, which includes tension systems for various industries, industrial weighing systems, and sensors for diverse applications. You will leverage your expertise to cultivate lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth of Force Measurement products within designated territories
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create tailored solutions for clients
  • Engage in regular travel (50-70%) for customer interactions and presentations
  • Work alongside various departments to prepare competitive bids and ensure technical and financial accuracy
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
  • Assess customer needs to provide effective solutions
  • Monitor market trends in partnership with the marketing team to develop impactful strategies


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical fields
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales, sales support, or related roles
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical industrial equipment; knowledge of automation or process control in the Paper or Metals sectors is advantageous
  • Proven track record in developing and managing customer accounts
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Must possess valid work authorization for employment
