The primary responsibility involves selecting food and non-food items from multi-level storage systems to fulfill customer orders. Products are organized on pallets, and completed orders are transported to the loading dock area using electric pallet jacks or forklifts, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards while maintaining an efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures as outlined by the company. Report any unsafe conditions immediately.Review the work schedule, gather necessary supplies, and prepare for operations. Conduct safety checks on equipment and ensure all safety devices are operational. Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment.Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks as per company standards.Utilize pallet jacks to navigate multi-level racks and locate products according to order specifications.Manually place designated stock items onto pallets from designated pick slots and racks as needed.Transport completed orders to the shipping dock staging area, which may include shrink-wrapping pallets.Manage battery replacements for equipment and complete vehicle inspection checklists. Secure all equipment and finalize paperwork at the end of the shift.Perform additional related tasks as assigned.Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a physically demanding role (e.g., construction, warehouse distribution, machine operation, agricultural work, freight handling, etc.)

• Ability to work in various temperature environments, from freezers to non-air-conditioned areas in summer.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.

• Adaptability to changes in work conditions, materials, tools, and instructions.

• Strong teamwork skills and effective communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Basic math and reading skills are required.

• Must be available for a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and potential overtime.

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

• Successful completion of a post-offer drug test and background check is mandatory.
