In the role of Service Coordinator, you will serve as the essential liaison between our clientele and our organization. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, managing phone communications, coordinating timely project updates, and ensuring the office operates efficiently. You will embody our company culture while ensuring customers feel valued, cared for, and satisfied with their interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate requests for installations requiring service.
  • Schedule service appointments in collaboration with the Production Manager.
  • Deliver regular updates on project status and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain outstanding levels of customer service, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other metrics.
  • Document accurate notes and log customer interactions in the system.
  • Work closely with the Installation team and Production Manager on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with speed and precision while paying attention to detail.
Compensation: $20 per hour plus monthly performance incentives.

Salary Range:

$41,600.00 to $47,600.00 Annually
