About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect I to join our team at Clark Nexsen. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design concepts for architectural projects, ensuring they meet the client's requirements and our design excellence standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and specifications to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and reviews to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements
  • Professional degree from an NAAB-accredited Architecture program.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Must be a fully licensed Architect in at least one US state.
  • Additional accreditations, such as LEED AP or WELL, are highly valued.
  • Excellent graphic, drawing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in design, modeling, and graphic software, including Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
