Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Custodian, Facilities and Campus Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facilities, including offices, classrooms, and common areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing facilities.
  • Assist with special events and projects, such as setup and teardown of events, and maintenance of outdoor spaces.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of facilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
