Operating Room Nurse Position

Full-time 40 hours weekly (8 hour shifts) Day/Evening

Weekend and Holidays per the guidelines of the department.

Location: Wilmington

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at Christiana Hospital & Wilmington Hospital. As a Level I trauma service on the East Coast corridor between Philadelphia & Baltimore, we have been honored repeatedly as "One of America's Best Hospitals" by U.S. News & World Report and three-times recognized as a Magnet Status Hospital.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who wants to be part of a growing operating room team passionate about providing excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to our patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • BSN preferred.
  • Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
  • Current RN licensure required
  • At least 2 years of Operating Room Experience is required.
  • Knowledge of multiple specialties preferred.
  • knowledge of ophthalmology and robotics specialties preferred
  • CNOR certification a plus.

The selected RN will be eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus to be paid over a period of 12 months.
