We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for growing our new equipment orders and service business in the Fort Collins, Cheyenne, and Laramie markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing accounts and secure new customers
- Represent our various lines of products and services to customers in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A 4-year degree and a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build productive business relationships and develop solid territory business plans
- Knowledge of the territory and its customer base
- Ability to effectively cover the territory on a daily basis
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and commission structure. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan with company match and profit sharing. Paid holidays, vacation, and up to five paid personal/sick days per year are also included.
