About the Role

VNA Health Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Hospice Team as a Home Health RN Clinical Manager. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and families in need of compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality Hospice Services, ensuring alignment with patient needs and program requirements.
  • Act as a resource for field staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Supervise clinical and support staff, conducting performance evaluations and facilitating ongoing professional development.
  • Manage daily workforce needs, including case assignments, staffing levels, and approval of overtime or time off requests.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Staff Development staff to assess training needs and develop education programs.
Requirements
  • RN with BSN; oncology/hospice and palliative care certification preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience with community health oncology/hospice nursing preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
