About the Role

VNA Health Group is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to lead our Hospice Team as a Home Health RN Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality Hospice Services, ensuring alignment with patient needs and program requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to field staff, promoting optimal patient care and addressing any issues that may impact team clinical or financial outcomes.
  • Supervise clinical and support staff, conducting performance evaluations, monitoring productivity, and facilitating ongoing professional development.
  • Manage daily workforce needs, including case assignments, staffing levels, and approval of overtime or time off requests.
Requirements
  • RN with BSN; oncology/hospice and palliative care certification preferred.
  • 2-3 years experience with community health oncology/hospice nursing preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
