Your Role: Electronic Technician

As an Electronic Technician, you will play a crucial role in debugging and repairing cutting-edge 5G products. You'll be part of a collaborative team that works from production testing to bench troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and implementing practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of experts to reproduce complex errors on the bench, pinpoint the source of problems (debug), and develop effective repair strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and defect identification across various product components, including Transceivers (RF and TX), Front-end (Antenna and PA), high-speed digital circuits, DC-DC converters, and Baseband systems.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of FPGA technology, embedded operating systems, and the software programs essential for working with electronic circuits.
  • Utilize hardware test and validation tools to effectively debug radio base-station units.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading complex schematic diagrams and layouts to trace components and perform troubleshooting on faulty products.
  • Master the operation of RF measurement instruments such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, network analyzers, power meters, digital multimeters (DMMs), and oscilloscopes.

Your Qualifications:

  • Solid background in electronic circuit analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proven ability to solve problems, gather information, draw logical conclusions, and maintain a structured approach.
  • A willingness to learn new production databases, technologies, processes, and a passion for developing expertise in the technical domain.
  • Commitment to contributing to the overall success of the Repair department team goals and meeting production volume requirements.
  • Experience with electronic repair and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration and positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or adjust shift hours as needed.
  • Minimum 2-year Associate's degree in Applied Science, Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in electronic troubleshooting and repair.
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering.
