About the Role

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker Associate I to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Center, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use a consultative approach to understand customers' financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our retail consumer and small business products and services to effectively recommend and sell.
  • Utilize marketing tools and strategies to proactively engage with customers and set appointments for financial reviews.
  • Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and engaging in outside sales activities to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with business partners to provide holistic financial solutions to customers.
  • Meet or exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a comfort level with sales activities and advanced math functions.
  • Ability to represent Fifth Third Bank professionally and maintain confidentiality.
