Job Summary

We are seeking a Civil Staff Engineer I to join our dynamic team in Dublin, Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will assist project managers with technical and civil engineering design, perform technical engineering work associated with land development and/or water resources, and attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors.

Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers with technical and civil engineering design or provide project management support
  • Perform technical engineering work associated with land development and/or water resources, including stormwater management design, site grading, erosion and sediment control design, and preparation of plans for agency/municipal review
  • Complete various land development and environmental permitting applications
  • Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • 0-2 years of experience in land development civil-site engineering
  • Familiarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software
  • Knowledge of green infrastructure practices, such as bioretention systems, permeable pavement, infiltration systems, and green roofs
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D preferred
  • EIT preferred
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS software is preferred
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
