- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including production rates, material usage, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and report any safety concerns to management immediately.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Achieved two levels of Casting certification or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to become certified in forklift operation.
- Proficiency in working with computers and software applications.
