Position Summary: We are in search of a highly qualified Weapons and Tactics Lead to provide expert support to the United States Air Force. This role involves the creation of a detailed Electronic Warfare (EW) assessment framework and strategic organizational plan to fulfill the goals of the Spectrum Warfare Wing (SWW). The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set spanning operations, engineering, and maintenance disciplines, ensuring that all outputs are grounded in reality, data-informed, and aligned with Air Force leadership directives.

Key Responsibilities:

Development of EW Assessment Framework: Create and execute an EW assessment framework that aligns with the strategic aims of the SWW. The framework must be flexible enough to adapt to changing warfare dynamics and technological innovations. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including operations, engineering, and maintenance, to ensure cohesive and practical results. Promote a collaborative atmosphere that leverages the strengths of each discipline to achieve shared objectives. Problem Analysis and Solution Formulation: Spearhead initiatives to define and analyze challenges based on directives from Air Force leadership and SWW goals. Collect insights from both internal and external stakeholders to guide decision-making. Develop and implement solutions that are effective, efficient, and practical for execution. Documentation and Process Enhancement: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all processes related to EW assessment and strategy formulation. Regularly evaluate and refine these processes to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI Clearance. Advanced degree in Military Science, Security Studies, Engineering, or a related discipline with a focus on electronic warfare or defense systems. Significant experience as a Weapons and Tactics Subject Matter Expert (SME) within military operations, particularly in electronic warfare. Proven ability to collaborate across various disciplines to meet tactical and strategic objectives. Demonstrated success in developing and executing complex operational strategies. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
