Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership in EW/EMSO: Lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive EW and EMSO evaluation frameworks that are data-centric and responsive to emerging challenges. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives to drive mission success.
  • Organizational Strategy Development: Create, refine, and implement strategies that incorporate interdisciplinary expertise from various teams, ensuring a practical and effective EW evaluation process.
  • Global EMSO Evaluation: Conduct real-time and near real-time assessments of large forces, live flights, and virtual EMSO scenarios on a global scale. Your evaluations will be crucial in determining the effectiveness of EW/EMSO capabilities across diverse operational contexts.
  • Expertise in Aircraft and Weapons Systems: Provide authoritative guidance in evaluating fighter, bomber, rescue aircraft, and advanced weapon systems, including next-generation platforms. Your expertise will help shape the future of the USAF's multi-domain operational capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including USAF leadership and mission partners, to accurately identify challenges, gather insights, and devise innovative solutions. Ensure thorough documentation of all processes for future reference.
  • Mentorship and Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of EW and EMSO specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in enhancing the USAF's spectrum warfare capabilities.

Qualifications:

Due to the sensitive nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship is required.

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline coupled with 10 years of experience.

Possession of an Active Top Secret/SCI Security clearance.

Demonstrated, extensive experience in weapons and tactics, particularly in electronic warfare, EMSO, and defense evaluations.

Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Must excel in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

An advanced degree or specialized military training in EW, tactics, or related fields is highly desirable.
