Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative EW Engineering: Conduct advanced EW analyses and engineering tasks that necessitate inventive solutions and the innovative application of emerging technologies. Spearhead the development of extensive EW assessment capabilities that support a diverse array of USAF missions.
  • Field Engineering Leadership: Equip and empower field engineering teams with the essential hardware, software, and processes to perform real-time EMSO evaluations for various MDSs and weapon systems. Ensure these teams are thoroughly prepared to carry out large-scale EW operations globally.
  • Comprehensive EW Capabilities: Develop holistic EW assessment capabilities for all tasked USAF MDSs, including specialized assets identified by relevant military plans. Your expertise will guarantee that these capabilities are fully integrated and mission-ready.
  • IADS Suppression Munitions: Lead the creation of EW assessment capabilities specifically designed for Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS) suppression munitions, ensuring their efficacy in complex operational settings.
  • Global EMSO Evaluations: Conduct large force, live-flight, and virtual evaluations on a worldwide scale, refining assessment methodologies developed in collaboration with key stakeholders. Your contributions will directly enhance the readiness and effectiveness of USAF aircraft, aircrews, and systems.
  • Advanced Simulation and Modeling: Develop and validate integrated EMSO effectiveness using large force models and simulations. Create and maintain a multi-classification scoreboard/dashboard of effectiveness, ensuring ongoing updates and precise reporting of EW operations.
  • TS/SCI Accredited M&S Systems: Deploy and operate TS/SCI/multi SAP accredited modeling and simulation systems to assess and optimize integrated EW operations. Conduct evaluations on operational effectiveness, updating metrics and publishing reports regularly.
  • Comprehensive EW Operations Assessment: Execute integrated EMSO effectiveness assessments, concentrating on large force spectrum warfare scenarios. Evaluate planning and execution methodologies, ensuring that all assessments are based on the most current rules and practices.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline along with 10 years of experience.

Active TS/SCI clearance.

Extensive experience in electronic warfare, EMSO, and complex engineering projects. Demonstrated ability to innovate and lead in high-pressure environments.

Advanced problem-solving, engineering design, and systems integration skills. Must be proficient in state-of-the-art technologies and capable of driving innovation in EW assessments.

Preferred Skills:

An advanced degree or specialized training in EW or EMSO is highly desirable.
