Job Summary
We are seeking a Department Team Lead - Thrift Store Operations to join our team. This role will support the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production). As a Department Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to celebrate uniqueness, working with a diverse team of individuals from various backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates and/or production staff
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations
