Patient Services Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Patient Services Representative to join our team at Vancouver Clinic. As a key member of our Patient Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support, while also leading and mentoring our team of Patient Service Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring that all patients receive a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor our team of Patient Service Representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
- Monitor work for adherence to established policies and standards, and provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures, and provide input on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience as a PSR Trainer or Senior PSR at Vancouver Clinic, and in good standing.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
