Our investment in top-tier lead generation professionals and a dedicated Inside Sales Agent Company ensures you receive real-time leads ready to engage. If unavailable, they will arrange appointments on your behalf.

Compensation: $50,000 - $90,000+ based on commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients weekly to provide updates on their property listings, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities to develop new business opportunities.
  • Stage and market properties effectively to attract potential buyers promptly.
  • Convert pre-qualified leads from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments.
  • Manage real estate listing paperwork, create MLS listings, and implement marketing strategies for new listings.
  • Facilitate effective communication to ensure successful transactions among all parties involved.
  • Follow up on leads and strategically direct marketing efforts.
  • Participate in open houses and industry events to generate additional sales.
  • Adhere to team processes to ensure seamless transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and proficiency in market analysis.
  • Ability to utilize CRM software for organized and confidential customer management.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to real estate-specific CRM and marketing technologies.
  • A collaborative spirit, recognizing that individual success contributes to team success.
  • Possession of a valid Florida Real Estate License or actively pursuing one.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Familiarity with local real estate trends and geography.
  • Proficient in CRM software and related technologies, or open to learning new tools.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.
