POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will lead by example, effectively delegating tasks and engaging in hands-on work throughout the store. You will exemplify a commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork, demonstrating integrity by adhering to company policies and procedures. You will be accountable for store performance, ensuring that both associates and yourself meet established goals while treating all staff with respect and fairness. You will thrive in a fast-paced and varied environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Optimize profitability and oversee daily store operations, ensuring that production targets are achieved by the team.
  • Foster a positive environment for both staff and customers.
  • Manage hiring, scheduling, training, and termination processes for staff, including payroll and timekeeping.
  • Ensure that production and sales objectives are consistently met.
  • Oversee store closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and securing the facility.
  • Monitor expenses and maintain cost-effective operations while maximizing sales.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of store operations, including daily sales reports and cash deposits.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Requires two to three years of management or assistant management experience with cash control responsibilities.

WORKING HOURS: Stores operate Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM and open at 1 PM on Sundays.
