Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Blue Ridge Health in Clyde, NC. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting our pharmacists with dispensing medications and providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare medications and supplies for dispensing.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counts, returns, and checking for expired items.
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as operating the fax machine, receiving and sending mail, and other forms of correspondence.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Eligible to register with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients in Spanish (preferred, not required).
  • Strong interest in working with an interdisciplinary healthcare team and culturally diverse patient population.
