Senior Wireless Support Specialist

Job Summary:
DISH is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Wireless Experience Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our wireless network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-demand support to eliminate unexpected service impacts to our customers based on the needs of the business.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and workflows to ensure efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce issue resolution times.
- Provide training and guidance to junior analysts to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as math, science, or business analytics.
- 1+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
