What you will do

Safety Strategy and Leadership:
Formulate and execute safety policies and protocols across the organization.
Champion safety initiatives, embedding a culture of safety as a core value.
Collaborate with executive leadership to weave safety into operational practices.

Training Programs for Clients:


Design and manage safety training initiatives for contractors and clients, integrating customer-facing training into our service offerings.

Guarantee compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Conduct routine safety evaluations and inspections.

Work alongside sales and marketing teams to advocate for safety training services.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Gather safety performance data and assess trends.

Explore Additional Revenue Streams Related to Safety:

Safety Equipment Rentals:
Provide safety gear as part of rental offerings.

Certification Programs:
Create safety certification programs for client personnel.

Requirements Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in safety management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Experience in Industrial Safety is preferred.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective safety programs in a comparable industry.
Due to the network of branches, travel is a requirement.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Professional safety certification (e.g., CSP, CIH) is highly desirable.
Skills Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging effectively with all organizational levels.
Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategic solutions.
Willingness to travel as necessary to various company locations and sites.
