Job Summary

The Server Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing prompt and efficient service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up tables and ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere in the lounge area.
  • Inspect and prepare linens, silverware, and other table settings for use.
  • Take customer orders and provide recommendations for beverages and food.
  • Coordinate service with other servers and the culinary team to ensure seamless execution.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests, refill drinks as needed, and remove dirty dishes and linens from the lounge area.
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Clean the lounge area during and after events to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to beverage service and cash handling.
  • Close out customer bills accurately and efficiently, applying cash and credit payments in accordance with established procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of experience in a similar role within an upscale environment preferred.
  • Basic skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and maneuver heavy objects.
Working Conditions

The hotel operates 24/7, and associates may be required to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. A hospitable service atmosphere must be maintained at all times.
