Embroidery Specialist

At 5.11 Tactical, we're seeking a skilled Embroidery Operator to join our Custom Shop team. As an Embroidery Operator, you'll play a critical role in applying digitized graphics onto our high-quality apparel and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate multi and single-head embroidery machines with precision and efficiency.
- Account for and stage product, ensuring timely completion of orders.
- Load machines with specified graphics, stitch designs onto products, and make quality adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Collaborate with Embroidery Leads to resolve issues, improve efficiencies, and troubleshoot problems.
- Stay up-to-date with Shopworks, our production management solution, and ensure seamless integration with our ERP system.
- Previous experience in a cut and sew, screen print, or embroidery company.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions.
- Basic computer/keyboard knowledge and familiarity with company ERP and Shopworks systems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- A competitive hourly rate of $16.00 - $19.50, plus bonus opportunities.
