Embroidery Operator Job Description

At 5.11 Tactical, we are seeking a skilled Embroidery Operator to join our team. As an Embroidery Operator, you will be responsible for applying digitized graphics onto 5.11 Tactical and 3rd party apparel and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate multi and single-head embroidery machines to apply graphics onto products.
  • Account for and stage product, load the machine with specified graphic, and stitch the graphic onto the product.
  • Make quality adjustments as necessary to ensure high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with the Embroidery Leads to meet department and individual goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with new techniques and technologies to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a cut and sew, screen print, or embroidery company.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions.
  • Basic computer/keyboard knowledge and ability to learn company ERP and production management software.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
