Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Genesis Health Clubs. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience at our clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures, member retention, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and staff, ensuring effective communication and a positive club atmosphere.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as answering phones, taking messages, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Certifications: Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of start date.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work well under pressure, and experience with cash handling and credit cards.
Physical Demands
  • Standing and Mobility: Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the club as needed.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry objects as required.
