Job Title: Index Research Specialist - Retail Investor Strategist

The Index Research Specialist - Retail Investor Strategist is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving the development and execution of our content strategy tailored to retail investors.

This position requires a strong understanding of the financial industry, as well as excellent writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be able to create engaging content that educates and empowers individual investors to make informed decisions about their finances and investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy designed to resonate with retail investors
  • Conceptualize, create, and curate compelling content across various formats, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, podcasts, and social media posts
  • Stay abreast of market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities across various asset classes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to advance broader team purpose of providing industry-leading thought leadership
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong writing and analytical skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape and the trends in the index business
  • Excellent presentation and speaking skills

The base pay range for this role is $85,000 - $148,100. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth.

Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs, and market demands.
