Role Summary:

The Controls Engineer will play a critical role in the analysis, development, and maintenance of automation and control systems essential to our operational success. This position involves working with advanced technologies in a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, innovation, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automation and control systems for various I/O devices connected to PLCs.
  • Provide prompt response to technical issues, contributing to system reliability and efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and schematics for all control systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate on the development and maintenance of network infrastructure, working closely with IT and external vendors.
  • Mentor and support technical staff, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or relevant experience in a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise with Allen Bradley and Rockwell Automation products.
  • Thorough understanding of network communication protocols and security measures within ICS environments.
