Concrete Craftsman

At Atkinson Construction, we value our union contractor status and work closely with local union halls to hire skilled craft workers. As a Cement Mason, you will be part of a team that delivers high-quality concrete work on various projects.

• Chipping and patching concrete surfaces
• Setting forms, including catch basin structures and drain inlets
• Operating machinery, such as mixer-truck chutes and rodding machines
• Supervising and coordinating a crew of Cement Masons as a Foreman

Additional Requirements: Cement Masons must be skilled in concrete polishing and pervious concrete techniques. The Cement Mason Foreman will oversee the scheduling and coordination of crew activities.

Work Environment: As a union contractor, we work on various projects, including those in the field and in union halls. Cement Masons must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
