We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department at UofL Health - Shelbyville Hospital, located in Shelbyville, KY.

Compensation Package:
- A competitive salary range is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based care to patients of various age groups using the nursing process and practice standards
- Utilize leadership competencies to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the care team
- Evaluate care based on quality model and patient safety goals
Area of Focus:
- Emergency Department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current KY RN licensure or compact license with privileges to work in Kentucky
- BLS accreditation from the American Heart Association
- PALS and ACLS certifications may be required for specific clinical areas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two years of hospital patient care experience
