Position Summary:
The role involves promoting and marketing Franchise services within a designated region, aiming to achieve or surpass established sales targets. The candidate will expand and nurture the customer base through a systematic approach to identify potential clients and foster relationships by regularly reaching out, visiting, and following up with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed designated sales validation by implementing the marketing cycle, scheduling appointments, and maintaining professional relationships with commercial clients across various business sectors.
  • Exhibit exceptional marketing strategies and business insight by engaging daily with marketing leads through an objective-driven approach.
  • Oversee lead generation in large loss scenarios across local, regional, and national levels.
  • Establish and sustain productive relationships with vendors, storm/large loss teams, colleagues, sales personnel, management, and ownership, ensuring these connections lead to fruitful business opportunities.
  • Participate in all storm and large loss events organized by the company as a primary lead generator.
  • Maintain high-quality communication with clients, office personnel, and management by delivering outstanding customer service and utilizing effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ensure accurate, organized, and reliable record-keeping, including lead generation, call logs, and outcome data. Results will be shared with relevant personnel consistently to support business growth.
  • Compile and manage a commercial center of influence (COI) database to identify the Top 25 contacts for potential client development.

Base Salary: $100,000 annually plus commission

Commission Structure:
Upon achieving validation of $5,000,000 in volume, eligibility for a commission of 1% on all subsequent sales will be granted, subject to minimum gross profit margins for mitigation, construction, and janitorial services.

*Note:
Commissions will be calculated based on all invoices related to a project that are fully paid within a 10-month timeframe from the initial billing. Sales beyond this period will not contribute to any validation or commission calculations.
