Requirements:

  • Must have a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
  • DEA certificate and Massachusetts Controlled Substances certificate or eligibility
  • Buprenorphine waiver required or willingness to acquire waiver
  • Certification and 2 years of NP experience
  • Eligible for partial relocation benefit
