Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour
Shift: First
Work Hours: 9 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including scanning and entering data into appropriate systems.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Support the posting of job openings on various employment platforms.
  • Collaborate with the HR Specialist and hiring managers to schedule interviews and manage the interview process.
  • Communicate with candidates to arrange interviews and provide necessary information.
  • Handle last-minute scheduling adjustments to ensure a smooth interview experience.
  • Assist in drafting and dispatching offer letters to successful candidates.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
