Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough business process analysis and document requirements definitions.
- Collaborate with customers to design and configure systems that meet their workflow needs.
- Develop and communicate effective change management strategies.
- Translate customer requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Manage testing cycles with customers to ensure end-user acceptance of system designs and enhancements.
- Deliver high-quality training classes for both train-the-trainer and end-user-oriented sessions.
- Support live operations transitions for customers and perform troubleshooting as needed.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and/or Computer Science, preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional experience, with 2 years in software implementation.
- Experience working with proprietary software solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment with changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Familiarity with Oracle and MSSQL relational database platforms.
