We are seeking a highly skilled ABA Therapist to join our team at Positive Aspired Learning. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in Strafford, PA.

You will receive thorough ABA training to gain the skills necessary to provide quality 1:1 therapy with children. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will learn to conduct behavior interventions/assessments, utilize various data collection methods, and implement behavior management programs.

As a Behavior Intervention Specialist, you will also implement skill acquisition programs across the domains of communication, receptive/expressive language, social/play skills, and activities of daily living skills.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree completed or in process and 1 year of experience with children. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism, we encourage you to apply.

P.A.L is an ABA agency owned by 2 BCBA's who have a combined 25+ years of ABA experience. Our owners function as Clinical Supervisors, overseeing all clinical services provided under P.A.L. We hire well-experienced BCBAs to supervise clinical services and Behavior Technicians who provide the direct therapy care.
