Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technician II Lead to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest. As a Radiology Technician II Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing radiology staff and departmental workflow, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate assignments to staff and provide clear directions to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Perform periodic quality reviews of diagnostic images and work with staff to improve technical skills.
  • Collect and review data to inform departmental decisions.
  • Participate in the interview process and contribute to the development of new team members.
  • Participate in Imaging department environmental and educational rounds.
  • Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and ensure accurate patient information.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiography.
  • ARRT (R) certification.
  • Texas Medical Board licensure.
  • American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification.
  • 1 year of Radiology Technician experience.
  • MRI experience required.
