Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at CoreSphere. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements, translate high-level information into detailed requirements, and develop as-is and to-be process maps.
  • Requirements Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business and functional requirements into Epics and User Stories, or Business Requirements Documents.
  • Project Coordination: Work as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations, and the technical team throughout the project cycle.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Engage in testing cycles (UAT, Regression, and system), create Test Plans and Test Cases, and facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Training: Prepare project-specific documentation and deliverables, including User Guides, Quick Reference Sheets, Train-the-Trainer materials, data dictionaries, communication plans, and training video, as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Skills: Salesforce Administration skills, experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
