  • Collaborate with the prepared foods team to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of prepared foods products.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with the prepared foods team to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and initiatives, sharing knowledge with the team to drive sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
