Job Summary:

As a key member of the Whole Foods Market team, the Receiver will be responsible for unloading truck shipments, counting and recording inventory, and staging products for stocking departments and storage. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload truck shipments and count and record inventory in the computer system
  • Stage products for stocking departments and storage
  • Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts in accordance with OSHA and Whole Foods regulations
  • Inspect arriving products for compliance with Whole Foods Market quality standards

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude
