Job Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our hotel's guest rooms and public areas. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure they are meeting our standards
  • Direct and assist in assigning work to personnel to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor guest requests and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
  • Update rooms for the front desk and assign rooms on a priority basis
  • Perform final inspection of all work and follow through on all projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping and supervisory experience preferred
  • Basic Spanish skills preferred
  • English skills required
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The Housekeeping Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, with regular exposure to indoor and outdoor elements. The ability to stand, walk, or be on your feet for extended periods of time is required, as well as the ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance.
