Housekeeping Associate

The Gant in Aspen, Colorado is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Housekeeping Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our condominium units and property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to our guests and homeowners
• Clean and maintain condominium units, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and making beds
• Understand and follow proper use of cleaning chemicals
• Dispose of trash and ashes in designated areas
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the property and work areas
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Dependable and stable work background
• Experience working with the public
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Basic understanding of English (Bilingual in English Spanish) preferred

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

• Fast-paced work environment with extensive contact with cleaning chemicals and tools
• Standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and other repetitive movements
• Good body flexibility, good health, and physical strength required
