Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification and a minimum of 5 years' management experience, preferably in the Transmission & Distribution Industry.
  • Proven experience in managing projects, leading teams, and contract management, with strong commercial and financial competence.
  • Excellent understanding of portfolio and project management methodologies (waterfall, lean, agile) and experience with project management and collaboration software.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of driving organizational goals, motivating employees, and providing support, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate results to various levels, from executive management to customers, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
