ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

KEY DUTIES:

  • Provide top-tier quality in all treatments and services.

  • Maintain a fully stocked work area, ensuring all tools and linens are ready for use.
  • Complete a comprehensive training program upon hiring to master all signature services within the first month of employment.
  • Ensure clients receive a personalized service summary after each appointment.
  • Aim to achieve a minimum of 15% in retail sales consistently.
  • Manage professional inventory in accordance with company standards to minimize waste.
  • Set up service areas according to established guidelines and manage laundry efficiently.
  • Confidently communicate the benefits of products and services to clients.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
  • Adhere to state sanitation and sterilization regulations.
  • Possess relevant training and certification as a licensed Hair Stylist with expertise in cutting, coloring, and styling.
  • Hold a valid state license.
