At Infinite Health Collaborative (iHealth), we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Scribe to join our team. As a Medical Scribe, you will play a vital role in documenting patient data into our electronic health records system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside providers to document patient data into electronic health records system during patient visits
• Ensure accuracy of patient information entered into system
• Follow coding requirements during entry of patient information
• Retrieve data as needed related to the patient visit
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including preparing exam rooms, stocking medical supplies, and scheduling imaging studies

Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
• Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology required
• Knowledge of diagnostic procedures, pharmacology, and treatment assessments preferred
