- Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient information, prescription data, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of pharmacy technicians.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care and customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; PTCB or ExCPT certification preferred.
- One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
