Reliability Engineer

Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. is seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team in Malvern, PA. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for providing reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment assets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as experience with root cause analysis, equipment criticality ranking, and preventive maintenance optimization. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability engineering strategies to improve asset performance and reduce downtime
- Conduct root cause analysis and equipment criticality ranking to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to optimize asset performance
- Collaborate with maintenance and planning teams to ensure effective implementation of reliability engineering strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical or electrical preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in reliability engineering or a related field
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience with root cause analysis, equipment criticality ranking, and preventive maintenance optimization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
