Key Responsibilities

  • Restaurant Operations
    • Manage daily restaurant operations to achieve sales, profits, customer satisfaction, and human resource management objectives.
    • Ensure objectives are achieved while operating within all company guidelines and following ethical business practices.
  • Team Leadership
    • Develop and lead a high-performing team of restaurant managers to achieve business objectives.
    • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to company policies and health/sanitation regulations.
    • Plan and conduct working restaurant visits to ensure the continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
  • Business Growth
    • Maximize sales goals versus budget and prior year, including the monitoring/execution of national and local marketing programs.
    • Develop and implement local restaurant marketing plans to drive sales growth.
  • Qualifications
    • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years restaurant operations experience in the restaurant industry, multi-unit restaurant management experience preferred.
    • Ability to learn and apply the standard operating procedures of the company.
    • Ability to learn and apply HR policies and procedures.
    • P&L analysis and corrective measures.
    • Demonstrated experience in supervisory practices.
    • Demonstrated experience interviewing and identifying high-performing candidates.
    • Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local employment laws.
    • Ability to execute training and development practices.
    • Demonstrated strong PC skills.
    • Ability to satisfactorily complete recommended training programs such as Serve Safe and Phase Training.
    • Food Safety Certification.

  • Must be able to wear a headset to take orders.
  • Must be able to talk.
  • Must be able to smell and taste.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Travel required between restaurants. Some (25%) travel outside of local area.
